MY RENTAL

WHAT IS SOFT PLAY?

Soft play is play equipment made of soft materials to provide a safe and fun environment for babies and children to explore.

WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE AGE LIMIT FOR SOFT PLAY?

For the soft play set ups and toddler bounce houses, we recommend up to age 6. Depending on the ball pit size, they are okay for crawlers and up.

ARE YOU LICENSED?

Yes we are licensed and insured.

CAN I RENT JUST A BOUNCE HOUSE OR BALL PIT?

Yes! Just submit your request on the Book Now page. These items are found in the Add Ons section.

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?

Up to 4 hours. Additional hours can be purchased prior to the event if our schedule permits.

IS THE SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TIME, DEDUCTED FROM MY RENTAL PERIOD?

No.

WHAT TIME ARE YOU GOING TO SET UP MY PARTY?

About 2 hours before your event, I will notify you with an approximate arrival time. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

Typically, anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes on the smaller packages to around 1.5 hours on the larger ones. The distance from trailer to the event space will impact the set up/breakdown time.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU CLEAN THE ITEMS?

We sanitize the equipment during set up and break down with disinfectant wipes and/or spray. The balls are cleaned after each party with antibacterial dish soap and disinfectant cleaner.

CAN THE SOFT PLAY RENTALS BE SET UP OUTSIDE?

Yes, on a dry, level, clean surface. From May through August, we require a canopy or shaded area for our outdoor set ups. We have canopies for rent for $25 each. The equipment can get hot in direct sunlight, the children's safety is important to us.

WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Zelle, PayPal, or by credit card with our online invoice. Security deposit refunds take 3-5 business days to process.

I PAID THE DEPOSIT ALREADY, WHY DO I STILL OWE THE FULL AMOUNT?

The security deposit is refundable after the party if there is no damage, everything is in the play area, including the balls being in the pit. There for, we do not deduct the security deposit from your total balance because it is refundable.

IS MY PARTY BOOKED IF I HAVEN'T PAID A DEPOSIT?

NO, your package and date are only secured in our calendar when you have paid your security deposit. If we send you a payable invoice and you do not pay the security deposit, you are not considered as booked.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY MY DEPOSIT?

All quotes are valid for 72 hours but not secured unless the security deposit is paid. It is advised to pay immediately to confirm the package and time slot you desire. It takes 3-5 business days for your deposit refund to process.

BOOKING

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE BALANCE?

At least 7 days prior to your event date. Early payments are accepted. Cancellations 14 days prior to your event will be eligible for a deposit refund. Within 14 days-we will only reschedule up to 6 months out or transfer to another person.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is calculated at $1.11 per mile roundtrip from Northlake Mall in Charlotte, NC using Google Maps. However, the first 10 miles are free. 

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Anywhere above 35 miles from Northlake Mall will have a package minimum of $445. If over 50 miles, please contact us directly to see if our schedule permits.
