BOOKING INFORMATION
RENTAL PERIOD
Up to 4 hours of play. We do not discount for shorter periods. Arrival may be up to 2 hours prior to your reservation which does not deduct from your rental period. We strive to be completed at least 30 mins before your party starts; it's very rare that there's a tight window from set up completion and the party start time.
Need more time? Add at time of booking or contact us at least 2 days before event.

DELIVERY FEE
Delivery is calculated at $1.55 per mile round trip from Northlake Mall in Charlotte, NC using Google Maps. However, the first 10 miles are free. Please contact us directly for anything above 50 miles.
PICK UP NOT AVAILABLE. We deliver, set up, and pick up.
WEATHER
We will not set up outside if it has rained within the last 24 hours or if any other type of inclement weather or rain is forecasted. We can reschedule for another day and if that is not an option, we will issue a refund minus the security deposit.
INDOOR SETUPS
Packages are customizable, let us know if there is limited space. Please advise of special instructions such as dead ends, stairs, elevators, or limited parking before event date so that we can plan accordingly.
RULES
No pets, food, candy, face paint, regular paint, rough play, anyone over 6 years old, sharp items, shoes, high heels, sticky substances, or any other items that can damage our equipment. This can result in the loss of your security deposit and any replacements will be required to be paid by the responsible party who booked with us. Refer to the banner on the day of for a reminder of our rules.
OUTDOOR SETUPS
Please clear set up area of any furniture, debris, rocks, animal droppings, garbage, and sticks. We will not move furniture. We do not set up on sand, rocks, or dirt. Grass needs to be manicured and the set up area needs to be a level surface so that the mats lay flat for safety purposes.
SANITATION
Our balls are cleaned in antibacterial dish soap and peroxide after every use. The equipment is sanitized and cleaned before and after every use.
HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
30% surcharge on the package or item which may not be reflected in the normal pricing. Holidays include the actual day and celebrated weekend.
